To use the meta tag generator, insert values in the title, author, description, and keyword textboxes. Then, press the button to make the meta tags appear in the bottom textbox. Select the text and use CTRL+C (copy) and CTRL+V (paste) to place in your source. For some reason, right-clicking doesn't work on this.
